BUILT AROUND THE PEOPLE
Event promotion focused on showing the experience rather than announcing it. Instead of static posters, I created video content that captured the atmosphere, setup, and social energy of events such as The Summer I Turned Pretty watch party, Tiger Tufting, and the Love Island watch party. One video featured a barista personally inviting viewers by sharing her thoughts on the show while holding café drinks, positioning the invitation as peer-to-peer rather than brand-led.
My approach centers real people, shared interests, and genuine participation. By featuring staff and showcasing authentic interactions, the content reflects the existing Fenyk community instead of marketing to it. Visually previewing the experience reduces uncertainty and builds anticipation, allowing viewers to see themselves as part of the event before it happens, transforming promotion into an inclusive, community-led invitation.
